Product Introduction:
The flow limiting valve/constant current sampler is a flow control device used in ecological environment monitoring and fixed pollution source detection for collecting average gas samples from Su Ma cans at different time periods. It uses orifice plates and back pressure auxiliary principles to limit gas flow and is currently the most accurate mechanical flow limiting device.
The main body of the current limiting valve/constant current sampler is made of 316/316L stainless steel material, which has undergone silane inert treatment to ensure that there will be no residue or pollution during sampling or storage. The device contains high-precision nozzles, ruby flow restriction orifice plates, and ultra large diameter diaphragm structures, which can ensure a constant flow rate throughout the entire sampling process (the gas pressure inside the tank ranges from a high vacuum of about 30 inHg to a weak vacuum of about 3 inHg).
Product advantages:
1. Used for sampling work of Su Ma tank, the orifice plate is designed with all stainless steel material, and the orifice plate components can be replaced as needed.
2. All gas circuit components need to undergo inert silicon treatment to ensure contamination during sampling and storage processes.
3. Including orifice plate components, back pressure regulating components, bent pipe components, gas filters, vacuum gauges, and other components.
4. The gas filter can filter particles of 2-4 microns, ensuring smooth air intake during the sampling process.
5. The vacuum gauge components are imported from the United States, with full negative pressure display and a minimum scale of 1.
6. The back pressure regulating component is made of all stainless steel, treated with silane, and has a large diameter.
7. Compatible with different brands of 0.5L, 1L, 2L, 3L, 3.2L, 6L, and 15L Su size cans.
